INGREDIENTS

A packet of Mexican tortillas

Some piece of meat

Some piece of chicken

500 grams of corn

2 tomatoes

2 avocados

A pinch of salt

Two spoons of oil

 

METHOD

  1. First, cut chicken and meat into small pieces.

  2. Add salt over the chopped pieces.

  3. Then add oil.

  4. Cook the corn, chicken and meat for ten minutes using médium heat.

  5. Let´s chop the tomato and grind the avocado.

  6. Heat the tortilla dough for some seconds.

  7. Fillings are added to the dough, taste them to check if everything is correct.

  8. Finally, bend carefully the fillings to serve.

  9. Enjoy the mexican tacos!
